The Executive Producers
The producers of Communication by Captivation: John Rodgers and Jennifer Messina, share a common background – they attended Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH, where their high school years were enriched by active involvement in its vibrant theatre scene. Today, the duo jointly owns and operates Communication By Captivation LLC, a multimedia organization comprising both an animation division and a live theater division.

John Rodgers
FOUNDER & CEO
While John fulfills his financial responsibilities as an English Teacher in Austin, TX, his genuine passion is propelling Communication by Captivation to greater success. Enamored with the performing arts, he finds joy not just in the spotlight but also behind the scenes and in tech. Venturing into animation, John actively seeks opportunities to facilitate meaningful communication. His aim is to empower the talented artists under his guidance, guaranteeing their ability to captivate any audience. Outside of his professional pursuits, John delights in coffee shops, bike rides, and engaging in profound philosophical discussions about our existence.

Jennifer Messina
MANAGING PARTNER
Jennifer Caroline Messina, an LGBTQ-American artist, actress, and producer, began her career in New Hampshire before moving to LA. With roots in singing and acting, she's a Berklee College of Music graduate crafting Mental Health-themed music. Known for her "Messina Mafia" fan base, she's amassed 500K Spotify streams and a significant social media following. Jennifer's diverse career includes TV roles in HBO's Euphoria and Top Gun 2, and she's an executive producer of "Sirius Artificial Intelligence." As a shareholder in Communication by Captivation, she delves into podcasts, voice-overs, reality TV, and her makeup brand, Messina Glam.

Maximiliiano Rameriz De Leon
DIRECTOR OF ANIMATION, CHARACTER RIGGING & CBC CARTOONS BOARD MEMBER
Max is a generalist animator, and fanatic of video games, cartoons, and milk with cookies! He graduated with a degree in animation and visual effects engineering at the Polytechnic University of Gomez: Palacio in México and seeks to become an important animator in the industry. He hopes to master all aspects of production (and post) areas. Animated 2d and 3d rigging, modeling and sculpting, shaders and renders, storytelling etc. He has worked for an etensive period of time as a freelancer, learning new things and improving upon his skills, which eventually, brought him to Sirius A.I. He hopes that all his knowledge will be useful to bring all the wonderful CBC animation characters to life!

Devereux Geiger
MUSIC DIRECTOR, COMPOSER & ORCHESTRATION
Devereux is a Boston-based musician, educator and composer with a Bachelors of Music from Gordon College. He frequently works as a music director for ImprovBoston and as an accompanist for the Boston Ballet School. He is the Worship Arts Director at Community Congregational Church in Billerica, MA and directs a private lesson studio in Londonderry, NH. He is the co-founder of Interlude Music, a one-stop shop for musical services based in Maynard, MA
His piano training includes formal instruction in both the classical and jazz traditions; and he has experience playing, composing and arranging music across many styles and genres.
Devereux is passionate about artistic collaborations that cross boundaries of medium and style - of which Sirius AI: A Post Apocalyptic Musical is a great example.

Sam Drouin
LYRICIST & ASSISTANT DIRECTION
Sam is a music education teacher who works in private tutoring and classroom education and has been playing and writing music since his discovery of it as a child. Since then he has nurtured this passion through stage performance, writing songs, poetry, and of course, teaching. He has always been drawn to the creation of art, and is especially enamored by the blend of language's meaning with it’s rhythm and musical sound.
He has been lucky to work closely on Sirius A.I: a Post-Apocalyptic Musical and with its co-creators. And has been more than glad to see the passion of this project reflected by so many talented people.
He is excited for the future, and to work with the team!

Avery Cline
CBC THEATRE BOARD MEMBER
Avery has been involved in all aspects of theatre since high school, and has been working on amateur and professional shows in the austin area since 2021. In her eyes, nothing beats a meaningful performance that leaves you in tears from either laughing or crying. It is her mission to help produce shows that communicate by captivating audiences, while also creating a unique experience for everyone.

Sean Themea
THEATRICAL PRODUCER, & CBC THEATRE BOARD MEMBER
By day, Sean Themea is a nonprofit executive who oversees day-to-day operations for over 45 employees. By night, he is active in the Austin theater scene, producing, directing and performing in shows and concerts. His favorite bucket list item is to visit Antarctica.

Will Jones
DIRECTOR OF AUDIO MIXING, CBC FILM & CBC CARTOONS BOARD MEMBER
Will Jones is a mixing engineer, musician, songwriter, coffee snob and rock climbing novice living out in Las Vegas. Since graduating from the Hartt School, University of Hartford, he has been working in the sound design, music mixing and live show industries. Since 2020 he has been working primarily with sound design for motion picture and animation when he formed a his studio, Kinsmen Sound Studio. During downtime, you can often find him holed up in the studio playing music, or attempting a new climb.

Jose Manuel O. Dolom, Jr.
DIRECTOR OF ILLUSTRATED BACKGROUNDS & CBC CARTOONS BOARD MEMBER
Jose, commonly known as Nino with his friends and family, is a Background Artist from the Philippines. He has worked in animation studios both locally, as well as internationally.
"Sirius Al: A Post-Apocalyptic Musical" is his first musical project despite having been in background design, professionally, for almost two decades now. He is more than humbled to be considered for this project along with other talented individuals.s here

MJ Soares
PRODUCER & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
MJ Wing Soares has been a theatre actor from the time she was in her early teens, having participated in many musicals, first as an actor/singer, then director. She has produced talent shows and variety shows over the course of her most recent foray into the arts, as well as acting as producer and host of a monthly local access channel show which highlighted what was happening in her town and school district. She also hosted a political show each year, "It's Your Choice", where she encouraged lively discussions between candidates for local offices in her town. She retired in 2023, and enjoys her involvement with SiriusAI as a Producer and Social Media Director.

Jessica Gray
BACKGROUND DESIGN DIRECTOR
Jessica is a classically trained visual artist and full-time cartoon nerd. She graduated from Endicott College with a BFA in Drawing and Painting, and minors in music and creative writing. Using her education in traditional and digital media and her diverse artistic interests, she’s been working as a freelance illustrator and animator, gaining experience in video editing and motion graphics along the way. She’s always loved the art of storytelling and the vastness of the world of “art.” She is absolutely thrilled to be working on a project that blends so many of its artistic practices.

As a director & producer, he has backed unconventional art house dramas which touch upon social and psychological themes & got much critical acclaim. Hasan is dedicated to creating meaningful content and engaging with audiences with his cinema.
